"New Notification" option is not showing in Events sections in Central Management Console.

Hi,

When I am trying to Right click and use "New Notification" option under "Events" section in CMC it is not visible.

I am using administrator account and other users who are a part of different user groups also cannot access it.

I have given proper rights to the user groups and Access levels as well as o Event and Top Level Security, but it didn't helped.

My SAP BO environment version is 4.2 SP 5.

Please provide your valuable suggestion to resolve this issue.

A new Adaptive Job Server and re-addition of the Notification Java Service will help.
