"IMPORT FAILED" error - Can't import project from Build Apps standard plan

Hi everyone,

We upgraded from Build Apps free plan to Build Apps standard plan following this: https://help.sap.com/docs/build-apps/service-guide/upgrade-to-sap-build-apps-standard-edition?q=impo...

We had 56 projects in the free plan, that we exported as recommended in order to import them back to Build Apps standard plan once installed.

However, instead of having 0 project in the brand new standard plan like in the tutorial video, we noticed that 19 projects were already listed there. We tried to import a project that was not in the list but we keep having the following error message:

IMPORT FAILED
Project eu10.yjdhdjdj… already exists
Correlation Id: 748h67….

We saw the following note but unless mistaken it seems to suggest no solution: https://me.sap.com/notes/0003521702

Just contacted SAP Support about it but if anyone of you knows how to fix this, that would be really appreciated.
