"Error while opening document" in Form Builder - using Adobe Live Cycle Designer 11

Hi Guys,

Getting "Error while opening document" in Form Builder when clicking on Layout - using Adobe Live Cycle Designer 11 while logged in with EN language in SAP Log on

But When logging in with DE language in SAP Log on its working fine without any issue.

Tried uninstalling and installing both SAP and ALD but issue didn't resolved

gone through multiple forums couldn't find resolution

Please can some one help immediately..

I encountered this issue, and nothing we did resolved it. I ultimately was given a new computer.
