"Create an Account on the Gateway Demo System" no longer working

I was doing the tutorial https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/hcp-apim-create-provider.html

In the tutorial we need a demo user on the ES5 System.

In the turial is a link that is titled "Create an Account on the Gateway Demo System" but unfortunately the meanied tutorial say Es% demo server is decomission and therefore one can not create a demo user, but the tutorial mentioned other ways to get demoe users.

So I came to the tutorial:

But here I do not see where / when / how I would ceate a user doing the stept of the turial. So what am I missing?

And does anybody has an idea how to finish the tutorial https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/hcp-apim-create-provider.html without creating a demo user on ES5?
