Hi there, as per @Peter KREUTLEIN:

"This error generally occurs if the commenting service fails when loading the story.

There can be a variety of reasons for this, from a transient problem with the service itself to an issue with the way the story or table is constructed that causes it to fail.

This message cannot be disabled as for customers who are using comments in their stories it is important to know if the service has failed or not.

If the issue occurs only occasionally and is not tied to a specific story or model then it is likely just a transient issue and can be ignored.

If the issue is occurring frequently then you should create a support incident for each customer in which the issue occurs so that we can investigate and determine the cause of the failure."

Hi Jay ,

Thanks for your quick response. Can you please let me know how we can check if the Commenting Service failed or not.

Actually this particular message is coming for certain user group but not for all both in Production and Quality.

The Customer is not ready to get this Transient issue ignored because it pops up whenever we refresh the story.

Hope you can understand.

Regards,

Raj

Hi Raj,

Could you try disabling the privileges for this user as per: https://blogs.sap.com/2020/05/04/discussion-and-comment-privileges-via-roles/.

Does this work?

Short of that as mentioned above, "if the issue is occurring frequently then you should create a support incident for each customer in which the issue occurs so that we can investigate and determine the cause of the failure."
