I have a user who cannot log into Signavio. He was initially set up with a Collaboration Hub license which was later changed to an Enterprise Plus License. He could not access the folder locations he was looking for, so I tried to reset his password. That did not work. One thing that he indicated is that he was never prompted to our organization's single signon page. I thought it might work to delete his profile, but now I am receiving an error message: "Access denied! The current user is an API-only user that cannot access the Signavio user interface. Please use a modeling user to access the user interface". What do I do to get him access?

Hi Marty,
Thank you for reaching out. I would kindly ask you to get in touch with our technical support team by opening a ticket via SAP For Me.They will be able to see why you're getting an error message and why access is being denied. You can log in using your S-User ID and further instructions can be found in this SAP Note.
If you're unable to open a ticket, please get in touch with us directly via signavio_success@sap.com.
Thank you and kind regards,
Nina
