Questions about the S/4HANA build process

Question.
I am currently looking to build an on-premise environment (TDD version) of S/4 HANA for our company, but we are having trouble understanding the steps to build it.
In the service license document, it says to create a license key and download the software from Manage My Services, but I don't know what license key and software correspond to the service (SAP Test and Demo User, starter package) that is currently activated.
I also do not know how to use the license key, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to use it.

Current status
I have a contract with SAP Test and Demo User, starter package (TD_7016852),
I am trying to build TDD version of S/4HANA on-prem environment.
I am using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP 6 as the operating system and have the environment to install the software.

I am also trying things out about the license key and software,
The license key is
Product of Installation Number : SAP S/4 HANA
Add New System
Product SAP S/4 HANA
Version SAP S/4 HANA, on-premise edition 1511
as a license key.

In addition, as the software
SAP S/4 HANA / SAP S/4 HANA 2023/
SAP HANA PLATFORM EDITION 2.0 (INSTALLATIONS AND UPGRADES)
I am trying to install the software.

I have already confirmed that I can download the software from the SAP Download Manager regarding the software installation.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me an answer to my question.
