Query showing No data on BIA

Hi All,

  I am facing an issue, when i run a certain report it shows me 'No data found' and when i run the same report in rsrt with option 'Dont use BIA index' then the report gives data. All rollups are up to date  and cube rebuild have already being tried.

still we are facing this issue.

We have also tried RSRV check option "Compare data in BI tables and BIA indexes", but it didnt yield anything conclusive and certain OSS notes were also considered.

Kindly suggest me any setting/Pointers that needs to be tried, so that we get consistent data and we can analyze/solve this abnormal behaviour

Hi Laksh,

Can you unselect this Provider from BWA and check. May be BWA is not available for this time duration.

  BWA is running fine, tried removing and then adding back to BWA as well, but still facing issue

not sure why its happening in one off case

after removing have you tried to execute query?

Hi,

Your query might be picking from cache all the time. See if you can clean up cache and check the data. Otherwise u can create a new sample query on the same cube and check if it shows data, so as to confirm that cache is the issue.
