Query regarding installation of EHP2 for SCM 7.0

Hello All,

The customer's proposal is to install EHP2 for SAP SCM 7.0 on a Windows MSSQLServer Database and LiveCache on the same host (SCMDEV).

I have just installed EHP2 for SAP SCM 7.0 and provided the livecache parameters listed below during the installation of SCM.

Although I have provided the location of the LiveCache software and parameters during the SCM installation (above screenshot), do I also need to install the LiveCache server and LiveCache client on the same host, as shown in the screenshot below?
