We are implementing SAP Service and Asset Manager 2405 to customer. We have integrated Mirata Digital Forms into SAP Service and Asset Manager 2405 and we have built our own custom MDK client for iOS devices, which has been running smoothly.
Based on the customer’s request, I have enabled the multiuser login configuration in custom MDK client which is also working good. The customer intends to use shared iPads for certain groups of technicians, where multiple users will operate on the same device.
My query is regarding the shared device setup for Production use- From a practical and technical standpoint, how many technicians can use a single shared iPad or iPhone? Are there any technical limitations that we need to consider?
