Quality Heat Number Flow in Public Cloud

I am new to Public Cloud so need you help and support

There is one requirement from our customer actually they want to record a value as Quality Heat Number while doing the Usage decision and flow that value in either Multiple Stock app or MMBE. So what we decided to publish a Custom field in Usage Decision and record value over there. So i need help in how to flow this custom field value in the apps i have mentioned above or if there any other solution please let me know or it can be achieved through any Business Context, Please tell me its very Urgent.
