Publication not refreshing before sending report out

Hello Experts;

I am setting up a publication in Business Objects that dynamically distributes the report to the users in every project. So, I have setup a report as a dynamic recipient that has the recipients list. Historically, the dynamic recipient report always use to refresh before the publication is sent out. However, this new publication I have set-up doesn't get the latest e-mail address.

I have BI 4.2 SP2

have you purged the data in dynamic recipient report or in main report?
