Public cloud transport from on premise 1909

Hi,

Please advise 

Our company creates and transfers a development transport (CR) containing ABAP code,  which is compatible to S4/HANA 1909 on premise

technically will we be able to transfer this same transport if we try to do so to  SAP Public Cloud 2402 system ?  means does public cloud support importing transports from S/4 HANA on premise ?

Hi thanks Owen for the quick response, do you know what are the steps to convert from on premise to public cloud ? And who can support if i need any service for this actions ?
