PSA request remaining yellow state for long time

Hi

I am using BI 7.1

I am loading master data into InfoObject using Flat File through a process chain.

In RSMO the request is remaining in a yellow state for a very long time.

Even refreshing the process chain from RSPCM or from RSMO not solve the problem.

Pls let me know if there is a solution.

Since this is a question about BW, it belongs in the BW space and not the Data Warehousing space. I've moved the thread, but please use the BW space for these types of questions in the future.

Hi,

Step 1: Go to RSMO

Step2 : Environment from the context menu

Step 3 : Transact RFC --Check in both systems

If you observe your Idocs are in struck mode, then you can right click on your Idoc and press Process manually.

Hi,

Just check SM50 whether you have sufficient background processes or not?are they occupied completely..

check the memory parameters..

check whether path is correct and no of datarecords are getting extracted or not?
