Is there any feasible way that we can implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning of authorizations to user account in Azure AD?
If yes, could some one explain how to implement this concept?

Yes, Azure Active Directory (AD) supports automated provisioning and de-provisioning of authorizations to user accounts. This can be done through the Azure AD Graph API, Azure AD PowerShell, and Azure AD Portal. For example, you can use PowerShell to assign/revoke roles and groups to/from a user's Azure AD account. You can also use the Graph API to programmatically create, update, query, and delete users, groups, and roles. Finally, the Azure AD Portal provides a GUI interface to assign or revoke roles and groups to/from a user's Azure AD account.
