Hi,
I dont find any documentation for workflow scenarios in Project Systems (PS) module. I find it for other modules like MM, SD, PM, FI, etc... But not for PS... Plz share the link if you find any...
Generally, are workflows implemented in Project Systems (PS) module ?
Regards,
Bharath Kaushik Krishnan
In our systems (one IS Oil R/3 4.6C and one CFM/HR ERP 2005) there is only one workflow template in the area of PS, and that is WS20000265.
There are some single-step tasks as well, in addition to those used by the template.
Does SWDM not list these in your system?

Hello Bharath,
You'll not find very much in SAP standard.
We developed some workflows for our PS, it is quite easy.
We use the following business objects:
- BUS2054 = WBS element
- BUS2001 = project definition
- AFVC_NETW = network activity
And there are some helpful function modules for PS.
Best regards,
Werner.

Hi Bharath,
for PS you can make use of WF throough milestone functions,
attach milestone to your activity or Project.
In Milestone parameters set Functions and assign which WF you want to call during UserStatus or System Status.
Award if helpful.

Hi,
Workflows are implemented in PS module. I did work on that module but was rather different as it was implemented through EP.

Sam
