Program RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES issue to delete SAP PO tables, deleting almost none

Hello All,

I am using Program RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES to delete SAP PO tables in ECC. Goal is to delete all the records from tables SXMSCLUR, SXMSCLUP except for the last 1 month (retention period). We never achieved or deleted any records and currently have around 214 millions of records in these tables. 

The program above RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES worked fine in QA system and deleted the records in 5 days but when I ran this program in Production system, it was deleting only 100 records every ~45min which won't help due to the amount of data we have in those tables and how much we process every day.

Below is the screen shot of the job with parameters and the records deleted every loop. 

Can you please help me understand why it is deleting only 100 records every loop(commit) and how it can be increased to 100K or more every commit/loop. FYI, I checked the parameters between my QA and Production systems and they all are same. Appreciate your help. Thanks.
