Hi Stephan,
I've been following the SCP workflow offer for a while (and we have deployed at a couple of customers)
It is very reassuring to see where the solution is evolving to.
I am particular interested in the Process Visibility section. I am looking at the possibility of adding custom scenarios. We have a requirement ot start monitoring end-to end integrations and that grows to a complete end-to-end process. Think of EDI integrations for example. Where can I get more technical details on the Process Visibility? Who can I talk to to make sure I am on the right track?
Thanks a lot

Hi Leonardo,
You can reach out to me and we can have a call. You can always push events to process visibility via the event acquisition REST end point and build custom scenarios by adding an observed process (https://help.sap.com/viewer/62fd39fa3eae4046b23dba285e84bfd4/Cloud/en-US/f53c19e2ffd14c2c9995dc7f426369aa.html)
You can follow the blog on how to push events to process visibility: https://blogs.sap.com/2019/12/30/sap-cloud-platform-process-visibility-publish-data-using-apis/
I have used SAP Cloud Platform Integration to push events from Qualtrics to process visibility: https://api.sap.com/package/SAPQualtricswithSAPCloudPlatformProcessVisibility?section=Overview
We have other integration flow that reads events from the queue (S/4) and pushes the event after enhancement to process visibility. See https://api.sap.com/package/SAPS4HANAandSAPS4HANACloudIntegrationwithSAPCloudPlatformProcessVisibili...
Let me know if you have other questions.
Regards,
Tarun
