Process Rating in Collaboration Hub

Hello,

I have a few questions on Process Rating feature. 

1. Is it possible to add own set of questions to seek feedback on processes?

2. Is it possible to change the scale from a 10 pointer to say a 5 pointer?

Is the process Rating part of the Transformation suite? How can I activate it? In the documentation it says that it is up to your license, I have Enterprise Plus, PI and Collab Hub and I am an Admin.

Thank you for sharing your question on the SAP Community.  To provide further support in regard to your question, we recommend you create a support case using SAP for Me (log in with S-User ID and password).  

You will need to select the specific SAP Signavio product / component as shown in the example below.

System:  

Search for SAP Signavio   

Product Area:  

SAP Signavio Process Manager > SAP Signavio Process Manager  

Component:  

BPI (Business Process Intelligence)

BPI-PI (SAP Signavio Process Insights) or
