Process integration is missing for subscription

I got trial membership and trying to go into process integration for subscription but not able to find it. I selected region as USA.

Is there anything I am missing?

It's most certainly not Process Integration you are missing but Cloud Process Integration. The Tag you used refers to the on-prem solution which is technically an AS Java with some JMS foundation (greatly simplified here).

TBH I don't know if SAP provides a trail for CPI on Neo Platform. You might need to switch to Cloud Foundry. The trial there is limited to a one time 90? day period, as far as I know. Beware that Cloud Foundry CPI might have some shortcomings over Neo CPI as it is still fairly new. YMMV.
