Hello All,

I am doing EInvoice development in PI 7.4 system. I created all objects in ESR and ID.

Proxy to REST scenario,

When I am pinging the sender channel it is working fine, but when I am pinging the receiver REST Channel I am facing handshake failure error mentioned below.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

See the below notes for known issues relating to the ping functionality for REST Adapter:
2663563 PI REST receiver channel ping fails
2751626 Ping on REST receiver/poller channel is not working properly
2295806 Ping on REST receiver channel is not working
2295804 REST Receiver channel ping is failing when HTTPS protocol is configured
2307290 Ping on REST receiver channel is not working when use XPath Expressions

Hi Premraj,

I would suggest to perform a trace with the XPI inspector and then provide the details. The XPI inspector will give details about the issue.

The problem can be

• SSL certificate is not loaded with the whole chain in NWA Keystore
• TLS 1.2 V issue - Please check sap note 2295870 - TLSv1.2 support in REST adapter
