Process chain run into error with Error in remote call of destination DB-Error - -10807

Dear  all，

we have suffering the process chain run into error those days, today the PC raise error "Error in remote call of destination PS1CLNT800: 

I am finding solutions that can automatically repeat process chain or is there any setting can make the connection retry 3times or reconnection ODP?

Appraciate any suggestions.

Hi Fanny

1. What kind of process is exactly failing with that error?
2. Is the RFC destination PS1CLNT800 working correctly? (connection and authorization test from SM59)
3. What exactly is the error in PS1?
   • Dump?
   • Job cancellation?
   • Database error?
   • Some other error message?

I also would suggest to check with your basis as well.
