Procesd Export Getting failed from Signavio

Hi Experts,

We have integrated Signavio Process Manager to SolMan and have imported the best practices to Signavio. Now when I create a new procress and try exporting the folder to SolMan from Signavio, there is a strange error reported “Process to export not found”. Our integration is working fine and the connection is showing reachable. What can be the probable reason of failure?

I was able to resolve this. 😀 Problem was with virus scan profile.
