Dear experts.
We have some programs (Z) making high costing accesess to some tables, related with this, for some tables we create new statistics in a daily basis (MSEG, PRPS and so on..) the problem is that some days (not always) those programs degradate drastrically and we need to re-create statistics in order to recover normal performance.
The question we want to ask is that any of you have had this behaviour before and found (or know) any reason for it.
Could you please give us some hint about this (strange) issue?.
Hope you could help us.
Request clarification before answering.
Compare the execution plans to find out where the degradation occurs.
