Problems with random payload from tables in tabs

Hi,

I have a Classic Analytic Application with 5 Tabstrip Tabs. Every Tab has Charts and Tables. All Charts and Tables in all Tabs are configured with RefreshPausedAPI = Always Pause except Tab 1, because it's the Startup-Tab.

After ~22sec all Charts in Tab 1 are loaded, but Chrome Dev Tools Network Tab still shows Payload, also Windows Task Manager has High CPU Usage from 0-42sec, although Tab 1 is finished at 22sec.

If I switch to another Tab (Tab 2) at 22sec the loading time of Tab 2 is about 15sec. If I wait 42sec and switch then to Tab 2 the loading time is only 5sec. So something is going on between 22-42sec that I cant see and which has nothing to do with Tab 1.

I checked Network Tab in Dev Tools and saw that some Tables create a Payload. Strangely only a few. In Tab 4 I got 2 Tables. One of them creates a Payload (Screenshot) and the other one doesnt. In Tab 5 I got 9 tables - 2 create a Payload, 7 dont. All tables are basically exactly the same.

What is going on between 22-42sec where CPU Usage is still very high that the Dashboard is not really usable?
