In Production we have had an automation for a long time that takes data from an excel file to, accordingly, execute actions on SAP and write a result at the end of the process.
We have identified that the fields that are in excel format -date- are read by iRPA and displayed with a difference of one day in relation to the data read, which affects the result of the bot's processing.
This is an example of the result obtained
Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

First, as a remind I recommend you to use the Excel Cloud Link as an activity to retrieve the cell range values from a specified worksheet and create a Data Type artefact that describing a data structure for your excel file that can be used as an input and/or output parameter in automations or processes. Please have a look to this course.
Then, your issue comes from the worksheet itself. To correct the worksheet, you must retype each date value by hand according to your local location.
