Problems configuring api Management

Hello experts, I have the following problem:

I am following the blog: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CLOUD_PLATFORM_API_MANAGEMENT/66d066d903c2473f81ec33acfe2ccdb4/f6eb433...

But when starting the configuration process it breaks, I attach image.

I have no way to know what is missing, or what is the error.

"failed to configure api portal pre-shipped analytics charts for <my-account> account" do you know how can I fix it? or a blog to understand how to solve it?

Please refer SAP note 3170303 - 'Error in configuring the service' in SAP API Management Cloud.

Hi Bhavinkumar, thanks for the prompt reply, i found the following error:

"failed to configure api portal pre-shipped analytics charts for <my-account> account" do you know how can I fix it?

One of the links that appears in the KBA (the video, is private), and the other one refers to the NEO environment.
