Problem with 0Orgunit - second Hierarchy is not shown properly

Hi guys,

we are facing the problem, that we have a matrix organisation. Our release is BW 7.4

In our new infocube for time management, I get all the orgunits to my first hierarchy (PLVAR 01 / Standardhierarchy), but for the second one (PLVAR 10), there is always the message, that there is no data available.

In an other infocube, there are both hierachies available.
Has anyone an idea what the problem could be?

Hi Cornelia,

yes, there should be data for the second hierarchy...
I am not sure what the problem could be. I think we have all the tranaction and master data.

are you sure that there should be data available for your second hierarchy?

Maybe just other nodes and leafs are included, that do not have any transaction data yet?
