Problem starting disp+work.EXE | Status: Stopped

Hi Developers,

dev-disp.txt | dev-w0.txt | 1.png | 2.png

I am currently working on upgrading the SP level by SUM. However, when I restarted the server (Windows Server 2016) then I ran into this issue and have been trying to solve it but failed.

FYI, I am using Microsoft SQL Server 2012

Hi Khaled,

You mentioned that you are in middle of updating SP using SUM. What's happening with the SUM process, what stage has it reached? Why are you trying to start SAP system outside of SUM process?

Hi Kashyap,

Thank you for your response. I am still in the first stage of the SUM process where I was asked to upload the XML stack file. However, the process has stopped when uploading the file because the current version of SPAM didn't meet the required version which version 7.XX.

Please see if this note is relevant 2441956 You have the same error in W0 log.
