Problem setting up SSO through Trusted Authentication

I try to configure Single Sign On through Trusted Authentication in XI3.1 SP2. I followed BO manual to change the web.xml and parameter setting on CMC.

I always get error message:

Account Information Not Recognized: The user account has been disabled. (FWB 00012)

It seems either tomcat/or BO could not get the user detail.

Our environment is on IBM AIX, TAM authentication and application server is Tomcat.

Tomcat/BO log fail to give me any clue.

Any idea what I might have missed or any suggestion where I should look at?

The error indicates SSO tried the guest account (which you could enable and give permission to verify)

We have a script for trusted auth testing as the logging doesn't show anything. Search KB's for trusted authentication test script on SMP. There is a 3.1 and XIR2 version.

If yoiu get that error it typically means that trusted auth did not receive the user name with the parameters specified.

This happened to me as well. In my case it was as stated: The account was locked out.

Have a domain admin unlock the SSO AD Account that you are using.
