Problem on archiving PO (Object:MM_EKKO) Error MMPUR_ARCHIVE 091

Dear Experts,

I was archiving PO（Object：MM_EKKO）, but there was an error：Delivery costs have not been cleared.

The reason is that there is Delivery Cost in table EKBZ and it is not cleared.Also this message will shown when I tired to set deletion flag for POs.

I know the correct approach is to create Delivery Cost Invoice through MIRO or MIR7 to clear the corresponding Delivery cost. 

Also, we check Note#1646578,2026341,2272490 to update the Preprocessing Program,

however, error cannot be eliminated, and PO cannot be archived.

Is there a way to change the error message to a warning message or skip the error message?

Or, any other way to archive PO with delivery cost？
