Problem managing substitutes in My Inbox

Dear SAP

We're trying to solve with standard app My Inbox an issue regarding managing substitutes.

We need to have a way to assign substitutes on behalf of someone that is not anymore in the flow. This is also useful for managing substitutes in case of an unplanned absences, i.e. due to ilness or something unplanned.

We don't want to develop an unnecessary extension but we need to confirm if there is no way in standard to do this.

The app is available for cloud and on premise. The KBA is actually written for on premise.

This info is very useful.

Is this only for S/4HANA Cloud or it is available for onPremise versions of Workflow administration app?
