I can't find the .html file, and I don't understand what I should modify, I'm following the step-by-step tutorial. It is my first exercise in this medium, thank you

According to what is indicated, I can understand that it is to create the index.html file, copying those 26 lines in the new index.html file. I do not know what to do to line 9, or it is simply to copy all the lines, thanks
