Dear Sirs,
We are experiencing an issue when activating the support user via either the Remote Support Platform (RSP) or directly from the System Landscape Directory (SLD).
After activating the support user, if we try to log in to SAP Business One immediately, we receive the following error message:
"To log on as a support user, ensure that the support user is already activated in the System Landscape Directory (SLD)."
We are forced to wait approximately 30 minutes before the user can successfully log in.
Our environment is:
• SAP Business One 10.0 FP2505
• SQL Server 2019
We would like to know if this issue has been experienced by other users and if anyone has found a solution.
