Printing issue Intermec PD43

I need your help, we are currently in the final phase for the go-live and we are configuring the label printers that will be used in EWM.

We have several label printers, both mobile and fixed, and with the latter we have not yet been able to configure them so that they come out correctly, that is, the data is cut off on the label. The printer we use is the Intermec PD43 and the type of device is the YIM4-203: Intermec 4 inch (203 dpi). According to this note (1760619).

I am attaching tests of how the labels come out to see how they can help me, the abap team says that the forms are adjusted on their side and that it is a driver issue.

I already found the error, the label settings also had to be made directly on the printer.
