We have architected the four reporting servers with Windows Server 2022, SAP BO 4.2, and Crystal Reports 2016. All servers are on load balancing, and only one server is creating an issue with running the report. When the user runs the report, it runs fine with the output, but when the user clicks on the “Print this report” icon, it displays the “Print to PDF” window (Screen 1), not the Printer Setup( Screen2) window, as the other three servers work fine and open the print setup window as expected. I have compared all the settings on the Crystal Report Processing server and Web Intelligence server properties at CMC, and all four servers have the same settings. Only one is not working for print icon. Any help would be appreciated to troubleshoot further.

A few requirements to print....
First, your load balancer must use Sticky Sessions so the report stay in session on the Server that gets the request, I assume it's been configured since you don't have other issues.
Second, a real printer must be installed on all BOE Servers, CR requires this, if the Service can't find a real printer then the PDF export is the only option.
Third, BOE Admin must give the users permission to print on all server.
Since you are using BOE you should have a support contract, go here: https://support.sap.com/en/index.html
And create an Incident and have a SAP Support Engineer help you to configure your servers.
