Please tell me about price changes in Service Order Item category SEW2:Fixed Price External Service Item.
The process is as follows:

① Create the service order with the item category "SEW2:Fixed Price External Service Item". The price of that item is 1,000 yen.

② Release the Service Order and Create a Purchase Requisition.

③Create a Purchase Order based on the Purchase Requisition.

④After creating the Purchase Order, I want to change the price of the Service Order from ¥1,000 to ¥2,000.
　 However, I cannot change the price on the Service Order.

Please tell me how to change the price in this case.

Hi Soma,

in a fixed price scenario, the billing price is determined from the service order, and not the service confirmation. Therefore, after releasing the service order item, you will not be able to change the price:

Seems to me that the fixed price order is not the right fit for your requirement - if you are looking to adapt the price to be billed after the purchase order, why don't you consider the regular time & material service order, with which you can flexibly change the price during the service confirmation?

Ensure that I create a Service Order without using a "Fixed Price" on the Service Order item category.
