Preview the remote file content from the integrated SAP system

Dear experts,

I am designing an application integrating SAP Build Apps to another SAP system using OData service. I want to fetch the attachment information from a sub-entity - Attachment (Root/Attachment) and open it in the new pop up browser window as attachment preview, no allowing the direct file download.
When I use 'Download Base64 text as file (web only)' logic flow, the attachment is directly downloaded with the Component tap event.
All I want is, to allow only opening of the file from integrated system which will provide me - Binary file Content, file name and mime type.

I searched with all possible option I could explore and unable to find the solution. This is important that we don't allow direct download understanding the privacy concern of the attachment information.
