Practise Walkthrough step 27, Mock server does not work

I'm trying to practise configuring mock server and use local json file as the data source, but I always got the following error. I don't understand why the application trys to read /webapp/test/Invoices.json. Why the applicaion does not read localService/mockdata/Invoices.json?

Anyone can help? 

Note that when I run the application with index.html, it works. This only failed with mockServer.html.
