PR/PO Creation with Mix of Service and Material Items

We have a requirement of creating PR/PO with the mixing of Service and Material items. 

Currently, we mapped the CIG of PurchaseOrderExport with the validity start date & validity end date of the first item to the header. 
Therefore, we have the limitation that we need always to put the service item as the first item, otherwise it will fail. 
However, we need to find a way to successfully create PR/PO with this combination with any order. We have tried mapping the validity start date & validity end date with for-each where the validity start date & validity end date are not empty. This works when we have only one service item but fails when we have multiple service items as it sends (StartDateOfServiceItem1,StartDateOfServiceItem2,...) to the header level (which can accept only one value).

Did you tried creating service request or ticket with SAP Support for CIG custom mapping with this issue?

Thank you for the comment. We did not raise the SR yet. Based on your experience, does that mean we would not be able to achieve this by ourselves?

Hello, As we know, CIG custom mapper tool is cloud application with some limitations which means, possibly, this could be one of the issue. Also, SAP support provide some XSLT mappings which cannot be done via CIG Mapper tool so i would suggest raising the SR
