Hello everyone, My users are having this problem after the last bw update.
Portal runtime error
Exception while processing the request; send the exception ID to the portal administrator
Exception ID 07:49_15/01/25_0096_23493150
More details about this exception can be found in the log file.
Someone can give some advice how to fix or how to find this log exception file in SAP BW?
Users that have the the sap user different from the user windows network the portal ask for login and password they can login.
But users that have the user sap the same from windows network the portal return this error. I really hope someone can help me.
