Portal restarts while trying to downloading Logon ticket from Keystore admin

Hi All,

             I am facing this strange issue of automatic Portal server restarts each time I try to download the logon ticket from keystore admin. I could see from the error statement that the certificate is being blocked by firewall. But I dont understand the reason for server restart.

Please, someone help me resolve this issue.

I have attached screenshots of before and after download attempt.

can you try from the visual administrator?

Hi Jun,

         I did got the certificate from visual admin. But I couldn't understand this strange behavior. This restarting of the server also occurred while checking some configurations on SLD.

Please throw some light on the possible causes.

did you check the log?

did it happen before?

Hi Jun,

          I was able to figure out the problem. It was due to lack of memory on the server. And also read the following thread which helped me find the problem.
