I am executing some planning sequences through RSPLAN TCodes. Some other users are also doing the same through RSPLAN TCode.
I want to know if there is any way that I can find out who executed which Planning Sequence through RSPLAN.

From RSPLAN, there is no way to check who executed something. You can enable audit, so you would be able to check who changed data.
