Personas Vertical Scrolling

Hello,

I'm working on an issue with Personas scripting due to having to scroll down in a pop-up window. This is the process that I need to script:
Enter T code VK13

Enter condition type and hit the Enter key

In the pop-up menu that appears (wnd[1]), I need to scroll down to select the Access Sequence I need. Is it possible to script Personas to scroll down in that window to the lower access sequences? Currently, the script loops through the options, but since the window does not scroll down, the script only goes through the access sequences that appear on the screen without scrolling down. Is there a way to script using the vertical scroll bar, or make that window larger so it contains all of the access sequences?

Can you share a screenshot from the actual screen with the popup?

Also: Personas SP level, whether you have implemented all the SAP Notes from the Notes Checker, kernel version and patch level.

Thanks for looking into this for me. The Personas release is 3.0, the SP is SP08, the kernel is 753_REL, and the Patch is 601.

Below is a screenshot of the window in question. The pop-up menu is to select the key combination. As you can see, the scroll bar can be used to access lower radio buttons, but I cannot seem to get the script to be able to scroll down within the window. We currently have the script starting at the first radio button and using a loop to go down until the correct key combination is found. However, since we can't get the window to scroll down, the script can't access the lower radio buttons.

I have also tried creating a new flavor and making this window larger, but that hasn't worked either. Do you have any recommendations or suggestions on ways we could access the lower radio buttons on this window?

Hi Samantha,

SP08 is already out of support. You need to upgrade to a supported SP (currently: SP12, SP11 and SP10 - I would recommend to go to the latest one).
