Performance Issues - SAP Business One

Hi everyone,

we have recently updated a customer from and early Version of SAP 10   to   SAP 10 FP 2308.

Now the Forms are loading very slowly and the SAP App seems not responding.

We have already fixed the issue with the unwanted Creation of Logs.

Is there a way to check performace find the issue of the missing performance ?

Are you facing this issue is on SAP server or SAP Client System?

I faced the same issue last week. Here are the steps I took: I uninstalled and reinstalled the SAP client. It is important to follow my instructions to uninstall and reinstall the SAP Client system.

Step-1 :

Using the Control panel Option to uninstall the SAP related the Application in your system.

Step -2 :

Open the 'Program Files' and 'Program Files (X86)' folders on the Local Disk (C) and completely delete the SAP-related folder from both locations.

Step - 3 :

Click on the 'View' option and enable the display of hidden items. Then, you will see an additional folder called 'Program Data'. Open that folder and completely delete the SAP-related folder.

Step 4 :

Clear the “Temp” Files and “Temp%” files.

Step- 5 :

Restart the System

Step-6 :

Reinstall the SAP Client system.

Note :

If the Reinstall will not be worked out,please follow the additional steps.

1. Disable the Live Collaboration option.
2. Disable the Cockpit option.

currently we are facing problems within the client.

I believe what @Balaji_N meant was that reinstalling the client solved the problem of the client being slow.
