Perform a heterogeneous system copy from OS: AIX to SUSE and DB: Oracle to HANA

Dear All,

We are planning to perform a heterogeneous system copy for the following environment:

Source System Details:

SAP NetWeaver Release:
SAP NETWEAVER    7.5    04 (07/2016)    
EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0    EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0    03 (08/2016) FP    

DB-SID: QAS
Database: Oracle 19.24.0.0.0
Operating System: AIX 7300-01-02-2320
Hostname: ECCSAP1

Target System Details:
DB-SID: QAS
Database: SAP HANA 2.0 SP79.01
Operating System: SLES 15 SP5
Hostname: ECCSAP2

In Simple
OS - AIX to SUSE Linux
DB - Oracle to HANA

Size of the Source DB is 6TB

Could you please advise on the prerequisites that need to be completed in the source system before initiating the export?

I’ve mentioned a few things; apart from those, is there anything else that needs to be performed?

1.The PSAPTEMP tablespace needs to be increased.
2.The SMIGR_CREATE_DDL report must be executed in the production client of the source database.

Please let me know if any more additional report need to be executed in the production client of the source database required for the HANA DB.
Please let me know if any Oracle Parameters/ Oracle Tablespace need to be changed in the source system before initiating the export
