PCOE ::: how to set business hours?

Hi,

as in PCOE check list, I would like to set "business hours" ("Define your regular business hours.") . We are avaiable from Mon to Fri at 09:00-13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. 13:00-14:00 it's lunch time for us.BP, PCOE, business hours

So, I try to set my organization and customer as:

BP
