Password reset failed in the SAP Gateway Registration system

I used the link below and got the following error trying to reset my password in the SAP Gateway Registration system to SAP Gateway Demo Server - ES5

Link: https://register.sapdevcenter.com/SUPSignForms/

Error: The password reset failed. The administrators have been notified of the problem. Please try again in a few hours.

I tried again after waiting for a few hours and again the same error.
