Every time I login BTP cockpit, it login automatically with my I-user. I don't know my password. Neither have I the chance to reset my password.

So when I tried to use CLI to login BTP, it asks the password but I don't know what it should be.

Maybe 2FA is activated in your region. I'd suggest to open an ticket or to ask colleagues from your team.

As it seems that you're an SAP employee I would suggest that you call your IT Service Desk.
