Passing attachment to a workflow from custom screen

Hi

I have developed a custom screen where the user will attach a document .

then he presses save and workflow is called. How can i pass this attachment to the workflow.

PS : the user does not want to go to the workitem and add the attachment there so he wants to attach in the first custom screen itself

The Attachment should be added in the Custom screen as SERVICE object . You can use some KPRO function modules to store it.
